Ahmed Hassan was jailed in February 2023 after pleading guilty to five counts of handling stolen goods.  Back in July 2021, Paulinus Barnes spotted the perpetrator entering a garage in Liverpool and acting suspiciously.  Officers called to the scene discovered many motorbikes which Hassan claimed belonged to his friends.  However, many had been stripped for parts, wrapped up and ready to be shipped.  The bikes were identified as those taken from Manchester and North Wales during May and June 2021.
