A Bronx car theft ring of 6 members who stole a rather impressive 54 vehicles have been caught. Not in the usual way of police detection but because they might have got a bit too cocky and started posting selfies. According to
Forbes, the thieves posting pics of themselves on social media posing behind the wheels or even on the bonnets of the aforementioned stolen vehicles! The notorious gang had targeted car dealerships: at night they smashed the windows and took the cars but even worse was what happened in the day time. They went into the car dealerships and then drove the vehicles through the windows! They probably thought they were invincible but their vanity was what got them locked up in the end.
